研究目的：

1.了解成都市产妇及新生儿出院后护理服务上门服务现状及具体需求； 2.构建基于需求理论的区域化“互联网+”产后护理上门服务模式； 3.验证构建的基于需求理论的区域化“互联网+”产后护理上门服务模式的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the current situation and specific demands regarding post-discharge home care services for mothers and newborns in Chengdu; 2. To develop a regional "Internet Plus" postpartum home care service model guided by demand theory; 3. To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed regional "Internet Plus" postpartum home care service model based on demand theory.

纳入标准：

1.产妇产后互联网+护理服务需求调查研究： （1）产科自然分娩或剖宫产术后出院产妇； （2）能熟练使用智能手机； （3）知情同意，愿意配合者。 2.基于需求理论的区域化“互联网+”产后护理上门服务模式的应用研究： （1）产科自然分娩或剖宫产术后出院产妇； （2）能熟练使用智能手机； （3）知情同意，愿意配合者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Survey on postpartum Internet plus nursing service demand: (1) Postpartum women discharged after natural delivery or cesarean section in obstetrics; (2) Proficient in using smartphones; (3) Informed consent and willingness to cooperate. 2. Research on the application of the regional "Internet plus" postpartum nursing home service model based on demand theory: (1) Postpartum women discharged after natural delivery or cesarean section in obstetrics; (2) Proficient in using smartphones; (3) Informed consent and willingness to cooperate.

排除标准：

1.产妇产后互联网+护理服务需求调查研究： （1）病情复杂需要定期回医院复查的产妇； （2）既往精神病史者； （3）近一年内家庭有重大变故，有明显精神心理问题者。 2.基于需求理论的区域化“互联网+”产后护理上门服务模式的应用研究： （1）产妇有明确诊断的精神系统疾病； （2）母婴有严重器质性病变； （3）产程中存在异常分娩情况如子宫破裂、羊水栓塞、产后休克、大出血、产科DIC； （4）可通过母乳传播的传染性疾病（如HIV等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Survey on postpartum Internet plus nursing service demand (1) Pregnant women with complex conditions who require regular follow-up visits to the hospital; (2) Individuals with a history of previous mental illness; (3) Individuals who have experienced significant changes in their family within the past year and have obvious mental and psychological problems. 2. Research on the application of the regional "Internet plus" postpartum nursing home service model based on demand theory (1) Pregnant women with clearly diagnosed mental system disorders; (2) Mothers and infants have severe organic lesions; (3) Abnormal delivery conditions during labor, such as uterine rupture, amniotic fluid embolism, postpartum shock, major bleeding, and obstetric DIC; (4) Infectious diseases that can be transmitted through breast milk, such as HIV.

对照组采用一般产后护理模式，即产妇在院期间即出院时间进行健康教育，出院时开具产后42d的检查单，在家期间如出现问题可及时选择就近医院就诊或者咨询相关医院。

The control group adopts the general postpartum care mode, which means that the mother receives health education during her hospital stay and is discharged from the hospital. 数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.病例记录表? 本研究病例记录表围绕产后护理服务全流程设计，内容涵盖参与者基本信息（年龄、孕周、分娩方式、既往病史等）、产后身体评估数据（如伤口恢复情况、母乳喂养状况）、心理状态评估结果，以及对互联网 +产后护理上门服务的满意度和需求反馈。 2.数据管理 选用EXCEL作为数据录入和管理工具，专人管理，不具备智能系统。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1 Case Record Form The case record form of this study is designed around the whole process of postpartum nursing services, and covers the basic information of participants (age, gestational week, delivery mode, past medical history, etc.), postpartum physical assessment data (such as wound recovery, breastfeeding status), psychological status assessment results, as well as satisfaction and demand feedback on Internet+postpartum nursing door-to-door services. 2 Data management Using EXCEL as a data entry and management tool, managed by a dedicated person, without an intelligent system.
