纳入标准：

30~60岁，无胃肠道疾病和泌尿系统疾病，无牛奶过敏，无诊断的严重疾病（肿瘤，免疫缺陷病等）

Inclusion criteria

30-60 years old, no gastrointestinal or urinary tract diseases, no milk allergies, no diagnosed serious diseases (tumors, immunodeficiency diseases, etc.)

排除标准：

近期患急性胃肠炎

调查对象试验开始前3天避免摄入乳制品，空腹12小时以上后饮用300mlA2牛奶，完成6h内胃肠道内问卷评分和收集尿液。间隔一周后饮用300ml普通牛奶。中午统一提供午餐。 1.实验开始前3天：通过问卷调查记录膳食，避免摄入乳制品。 2.胃肠道症状问卷评分：基线和饮奶后1h，3h，6h分别评价，共4次胃肠道症状问卷评分。 尿半乳糖：基线和饮奶后3h收集尿液测定半乳糖，2次尿液收集。因为摄入50g乳糖后尿中半乳糖<0.9mmol/ L诊断为乳糖不耐，因此根据饮奶量中乳糖含量计算各组乳糖不耐的阈值。

干预措施代码：

Intervention：

Respondents avoided dairy products 3 days before the start of the trial, drank 300ml of A2 milk after fasting for more than 12 hours, and completed the gastrointestinal questionnaire score and urine collection within 6 hours. Drink 300ml of regular milk after an interval of one week. Lunch will be provided at noon. 1. 3 days before the start of the experiment: record the diet through the questionnaire and avoid the intake of dairy products. 2. Gastrointestinal symptom questionnaire score: Baseline and 1h, 3h, and 6h after drinking milk were evaluated separately, and a total of 4 gastrointestinal symptom questionnaire scores were evaluated. Urine galactose: Urine was collected at baseline and 3 hours after milk drinking for galactose measurement, and urine was collected twice. Because the urinary galactose < 0.9 mmol/L after ingestion of 50 g of lactose was diagnosed as lactose intolerance, the threshold of lactose intolerance in each group was calculated according to the lactose content in the amount of milk drunk.
