研究目的：

本项目研究目标是设计一款尿液尼古丁及成瘾药物多通道自动化检测分析仪，验证该设备检测的准确性，并应用于I期临床试验的受试者筛选。  

Objectives of Study：

The research objective of this project is to design a multi-channel automated detection and analysis instrument for urine nicotine and addictive drugs, verify the accuracy of the device's detection, and apply it to the screening of subjects in Phase I clinical trials.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄不限，男女均可， 2. 招募人群涉及吸烟、被动吸烟、非吸烟人群； 3. 药物滥用人群。

Inclusion criteria

1. No age limit, both men and women are acceptable.; 2. The recruitment population involves smokers, passive smokers, and non-smokers; 3. Drug abusers.

排除标准：

1. 尿液体积少于1mL者； 2. 血尿、乳糜尿等不符合检测要求的样本。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with urine volume less than 1mL; 2. Samples such as hematuria and chyluria that do not meet the testing requirements.
