研究目的：

该研究旨在评估静脉注射利多卡因作为辅助麻醉方案在肥胖患者无痛胃肠镜检查中的安全性和有效性，以优化麻醉效果并减少术中及术后并发症风险。  

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravenous lidocaine as an adjunct anesthetic in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy for obese patients, with the goal of optimizing anesthetic effects and reducing perioperative and postoperative complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

ASA分级II-III级，BMI≥30，性别不限，年龄26-72岁的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with ASA grade II-III, BMI >= 30, unlimited gender, and age between 26 and 72 years old.

排除标准：

ASA分级>III级，有麻醉药物过敏史，听力障碍、阿尔茨海默病等各种原因引起的交流障碍，严重心、肺、肝、肾等功能异常

Exclusion criteria：

ASA Grade > III,history of anaphylaxis to narcotic drugs, hearing impairment, Alzheimer's disease and other causes of communication disorders, serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other functional abnormalities

Patients and endoscopists were blinded to group allocation (double-blind design). Only the anesthesiologist administering the drugs was aware of the medication type but did not participate in data collection or outcome assessment to minimize performance bias.
