探究右美托咪定是否具有改善孤独症儿童全麻术后认知功能和行为的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether dexmedetomidine can improve cognitive function and behavior of autistic children after general anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

自闭症儿童： 1）生理年龄在2-12周岁； 2）符合美国精神障碍诊断统计手册第五版（DSM-5）中孤独症谱系障碍的诊断标准； 3）经孤独症金标准ADORS2评估诊断为ASD的儿童； 4）在我院行全麻龋病治疗并经我科麻醉医生评估无麻醉禁忌症； 5）受试者监护人签署知情同意书。 正常儿童： 1）无儿童精神疾病及其他心、肺、肾等躯体疾病 2）在我院行全麻龋病治疗并经我科麻醉医生评估无麻醉禁忌症 3）受试者监护人签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Children with autism: 1) The biological age is 2-12 years old; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorder in the Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5); 3) Children diagnosed with ASD by the ADORS2 gold Standard for autism assessment; 4) General anesthesia caries were treated in our hospital and no contraindications were detected by anesthesiologists in our department; 5) Subject's guardian signs the informed consent. Normal children: 1) No child mental illness or other heart, lung, kidney and other physical diseases 2) General anesthesia caries were treated in our hospital and no contraindications were detected by anesthesiologists in our department 3) Subject's guardian signs the informed consent

排除标准：

自闭症儿童： 1）伴有其他严重心、肺、肾等躯体疾病； 2）三月内接受过全身麻醉； 3）对Dex过敏； 4）48 h内使用过其他镇静药物； 5）心动过缓； 6）呼吸道感染; 7）任何对试验方案理解困难、不能按照试验方案进行随访者 正常儿童： 1）伴有其他严重心、肺、肾等躯体疾病； 2）三月内接受过全身麻醉； 3）对Dex过敏； 4）48 h内使用过其他镇静药物； 5）心动过缓； 6）呼吸道感染; 7）任何对试验方案理解困难、不能按照试验方案进行随访者

Exclusion criteria：

Children with autism: 1) accompanied by other serious heart, lung, kidney and other physical diseases; 2) Received general anesthesia within three months; 3) Allergic to Dex; 4) Other sedatives have been used within 48 hours; 5) bradycardia; 6) Respiratory infection; 7) Any person who has difficulty in understanding the test plan and cannot follow the test plan Normal children: 1) accompanied by other serious heart, lung, kidney and other physical diseases; 2) Received general anesthesia within three months; 3) Allergic to Dex; 4) Other sedatives have been used within 48 hours; 5) bradycardia; 6) Respiratory infection; 7) Any person who has difficulty in understanding the test plan and cannot follow the test plan
