研究目的：

主要目的 探讨硬膜外分娩镇痛期间产妇发热发生的机制 次要目的 1）探讨产时发热的可能原因，鉴别椎管内分娩镇痛发热的影响因素及对产妇和新生儿结局的影响 2）探索分娩镇痛产时发热的预防及处理措施，包括镇痛药物的选择、浓度、持续时间，以及产程产后管理，优化产妇无痛分娩体验 3）探讨产妇发热对胎儿及新生儿的影响，为改善新生儿不良结局提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose To explore the mechanism of parturient fever during epidural labor analgesia Secondary purpose 1) To explore the possible causes of fever during labor, identify the influencing factors of fever in intraspinal labor analgesia and its impact on the outcomes of parturients and neonates 2) Explore the prevention and treatment measures for fever during labor in labor analgesia, including the selection, concentration, duration of analgesic drugs, as well as postpartum management during labor, to optimize the painless delivery experience of parturients 3) To explore the effects of maternal fever on fetuses and newborns, and to provide references for improving adverse neonatal outcomes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.妊娠足月单胎、年龄20-35岁并自愿选择硬膜外分娩镇痛； 2.分娩前一周无发热史，无高血压、糖尿病、心脑血管等其他合并症.

Inclusion criteria

1. Full-term singleton pregnancy, aged 20-35 years old, and voluntarily choosing epidural labor analgesia; 2. There was no history of fever one week before delivery, and no other complications such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

排除标准：

1. BMI>35kg/m^2或<20kg/m^2、产次>1次、非头位胎位、硬膜外麻醉禁忌及相关药物过敏； 2. 硬膜外镇痛前已发热或感染、胎膜早破、急产.

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI>35kg/m^2 or <20kg/m^2, parity>1 times, non-cephalic fetal position, contraindications to epidural anesthesia and related drug allergies; 2. Fever or infection, premature rupture of membranes, and acute labor before epidural analgesia.
