研究目的:

本研究拟基于本中心已有的疑难眼底病(包括但不限于遗传性视网膜病变,感染性视网膜病变,玻璃体视网膜淋巴瘤等)患者的既往综合临床数据(包括但不限于临床病史、多模式影像检查资料、多组学化验资料等),利用深度机器学习网络对病例、图像、化验的大数据分析建立相应诊断策略。在此基础上开发一套智能诊断系统,以提高疑难眼底病诊断的准确率与效率;建立相关人工智能诊断决策平台及远程协助诊断网络,协辐射协助多地区、多层次医疗机构进行疑难眼底病的精准诊断。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to leverage the existing comprehensive clinical data of patients with complex fundus diseases (including but not limited to hereditary retinal diseases, infectious retinal diseases, and vitreoretinal lymphoma) from our center. The data encompasses clinical history, multimodal imaging, and multi-omics laboratory results. By utilizing deep machine learning networks, we will conduct big data analysis on cases, images, and laboratory tests to establish corresponding diagnostic strategies. Building on this foundation, we will develop intelligent diagnostic systems to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of diagnosing complex fundus diseases. Additionally, we will establish an artificial intelligence diagnostic decision-making platform and a remote diagnostic assistance network. These systems will assist and support multi-regional and multi-level medical institutions in achieving precise diagnosis of complex fundus diseases.

纳入标准:

1.就诊于复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院的患者; 2.诊断明确的疑难性眼底病患者,包括但不限于遗传性眼底病,感染性视网膜病变,玻璃体视网膜淋巴瘤等; 3.患者的临床资料完整、清晰,可被人工智能系统识别解析。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who have sought medical treatment at the Eye & ENT Hospital of Fudan University; 2. Patients with a definitive diagnosis of complex fundus diseases, including but not limited to hereditary fundus diseases, infectious retinal diseases, and vitreoretinal lymphoma; 3. Patients with complete and clear clinical data that can be recognized and analyzed by the artificial intelligence system.

资料不全致诊断不明确的患者

Patients whose diagnosis remains unclear due to incomplete data.

金标准或参考标准(即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法,在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准):

1.临床资料:发病时间,症状,既往诊疗史,全身疾病史,家族史等; 2.眼科检查:最佳矫正视力,裂隙灯眼科查体等; 3.多模式影像检查:眼底照相,广角眼底照相,眼底自发荧光检查,B超,光相干断层扫描眼底成像(OCT),眼底荧光血管造影,电生理检查,视野检查, 自适应光学扫描激光检眼镜,磁共振及CT等; 4.多组学化验检测:基因检测,血液化验,眼内液检测结果等; 5.临床诊断:基于以上多维度信息,由资深眼底病专家确认的精准临床诊断。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

1. Clinical Data: Onset time, symptoms, past medical history, systemic disease history, family history, etc.; 2. Ophthalmic Examination: Best-corrected visual acuity, slit-lamp examination, etc.; 3. Multimodal Imaging: Fundus photography, wide-angle fundus photography, fundus autofluorescence, B-scan ultrasound, optical coherence tomography (OCT), fundus fluorescein angiography, electrophysiological testing, visual field testing, adaptive optics scanning laser ophthalmoscopy, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and computed tomography (CT), etc.; 4. Multi-Omics Laboratory Tests: Genetic testing, blood tests, intraocular fluid analysis results, etc.; 5. Clinical Diagnosis: A precise clinical diagnosis confirmed by senior fundus disease experts based on the above multidimensional information.
