研究目的：

本研究旨在通过连续12周每周3次随机对照试验，观察两种基于SIT的不同顺序的同期训练对肥胖初中学生身体成分、心肺适能和骨密度的影响，比较其在促进健康效果上的差异，为青少年肥胖防治提供理论支撑和实践参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of two types of SIT-based simultaneous training in different sequences on body composition, cardiorespiratory fitness and bone mineral density of obese junior middle school students through three randomized controlled trials per week for 12 consecutive weeks, and compare their differences in health promotion effBMI above 22kg/m2, no history of severe trauma, no history of chronic diseases, no serious dietary preferences, and no use of excessive doses of antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other medications due to illness in the past three months. ects, so as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the prevention and treatment of adolescent obesity.

纳入标准：

BMI在 22kg/m^2以上，无严重外伤病史，无慢性病史，无严重饮食偏嗜，近三个月内未因患病应用过大剂量抗生素、非甾体类抗炎药等药物。

Inclusion criteria

BMI above 22kg/m^2, no history of severe trauma, no history of chronic disease, no serious dietary preferences, and no use of high-dose antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other drugs due to illness in the past three months.

排除标准：

1.受试者自行决定退出试验; 2.受试者对于高强度间歇运动方案依从性较差，无法保证干预措施顺利实施; 3.在试验周期进程中失访或失联者; 4.因偶发不良事件或其他原因导致连续停止高强度间歇运动时间超过1周以上者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects withdraw from the trial at their own discretion; 2. The subjects had poor compliance with the high-intensity interval exercise regimen and could not ensure the smooth implementation of the intervention; 3. Those who lost follow-up or lost contact during the course of the trial cycle; 4. Those who have stopped high-intensity interval exercise for more than 1 week due to occasional adverse events or other reasons.

The individual participant data (IPD), including metadata and protocol, will be securely stored by the principal investigator and research team. Researchers can request access to the data by contacting the principal investigator via email. Data will be available within 6 months after publication of the main results. Access will be granted after approval of a data sharing request, signing of a data use agreement, and approval by the ethics committee if required.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据通过电子数据采集系统（EDC）和纸质问卷相结合的方式进行收集，数据在访视期间由训练有素的研究人员收集，并实时录入到EDC系统中。数据将由两名独立人员进行双录入，确保录入准确性。数据存储在加密的服务器上，定期备份，只有授权人员可以通过用户名和密码访问。所有参与者数据均进行匿名化处理，确保隐私。定期进行数据质量控制检查，数据采集完成后将进行数据锁定，并由独立的统计团队进行分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were collected through a combination of an electronic Data Acquisition system (EDC) and paper questionnaires, collected by trained researchers during the visit and entered into the EDC system in real time. Data will be double input by two independent personnel to ensure the accuracy of input. Data is stored on encrypted servers, backed up regularly, and only authorized personnel can access it with a username and password. All participant data is anonymized to ensure privacy. Data quality control checks are carried out regularly, data is locked after data collection and analyzed by an independent statistical team.
