研究目的：

本研究拟评价微创切口联合自主设计新型带孔空心加压螺钉治疗GT骨折疗效，期望为临床GT骨折内固定装置提供新的选择。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to evaluate the efficacy of minimally invasive incision combined with a new type of self-designed hollow compression screw with hole in the treatment of GT fractures, and is expected to provide a new option for clinical GT fracture internal fixation devices.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于等于18岁； 2.GT骨折块数量<=2； 3.主要骨折块移位＞5mm； 4.有完整住院病历及影像学资料的患者； 5.有能力完成相关评分的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age greater than or equal to 18 years old; Number of 2.GT fracture fragments<=2; 3. The displacement of the main fracture fragment > 5mm; 4. Patients with complete inpatient medical records and imaging data; 5. Patients who have the ability to complete relevant scores.

排除标准：

1.既往肩关节骨折或手术史； 2.粉碎性GT骨折患者（骨折块数量>=3个）； 3.无移位或者移位<=5mm； 4.存在长期肩关节疼痛症状患者； 5.合并骨质疏松； 6.术前存在长期慢性腰背痛症状疾病的患者； 7.合并感染等全身疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of previous shoulder fracture or surgery; 2. Patients with comminuted GT fracture (number of fracture fragments>=3); 3. No displacement or displacement <=5mm; 4. Patients with long-term shoulder pain symptoms; 5. Combined with osteoporosis; 6. Patients with long-term chronic low back pain symptoms before surgery; 7. Patients with systemic diseases such as co-infection.
