研究目的：

评估箍围疗法治疗胸膜感染的疗效和安全性，以期为胸膜感染提供一种新的治疗手段。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy and safety of hoop therapy in treating pleural infections, in order to provide a new treatment option for pleural infections.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-75岁； 2. 具有感染的临床证据：发热，炎症指标如C反应蛋白或白细胞总数升高； 3. 胸腔积液具备以下任一特征：肉眼呈脓性，细菌感染培养呈阳性或革兰氏染色阳性，胸腔积液PH值小于7.2。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 18-75 years old; 2. Clinical evidence of infection: fever, elevated inflammatory markers such as C-reactive protein or total white blood cell count; 3. Pleural fluid has any of the following characteristics: purulent to the naked eye, positive bacterial infection culture or Gram staining, and a pH value of less than 7.2.

排除标准：

1. 合并的严重的疾病预期存活期不超过三个月； 2. 已知胸膜恶性肿瘤； 3. 对所用中药成分过敏； 4. 腹部皮肤有破损或感染者 5. 妊娠和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The expected survival period for severe combined diseases shall not exceed three months; 2. Known malignant pleural tumor; 3. Allergic to the ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine used; 4. Individuals with damaged or infected abdominal skin 5. Pregnant and lactating women.

箍围疗法（使用六合丹湿敷患侧胸背部，每天一次，每次敷4-6h，疗程7-14天）+常规治疗（抗感染、止咳化痰、退热、止痛、营养支持、必要时胸腔穿刺引流等对症支持治疗）。

Hoop therapy (using Liuhe Dan wet compress on the affected side of the chest and back, once a day, for 4-6 hours each time, for a course of 7-14 days)+conventional treatment (symptomatic supportive treatment such as anti infection, cough and phlegm reduction, fever reduction, pain relief, nutritional support, and necessary chest puncture drainage).
