研究目的：

开展基于全球最佳指南和证据的研究，建立老年肺癌患者最优手术模式；开展前瞻性多中心临床研究验证最优手术模式的优效性，为老年肺癌患者手术术式选择提供最优模式。  

Objectives of Study：

Conduct research based on global best guidelines and evidence to establish optimal surgical modalities for elderly patients with lung cancer; A prospective multi-center clinical study was conducted to verify the efficacy of the optimal surgical mode and provide the optimal mode for the selection of surgical procedures in elderly patients with lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁； 2.临床诊断为非小细胞肺癌； 3.临床分期I-IIIA期； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=60 years old; 2.The clinical diagnosis was non-small cell lung cancer. 3.Clinical stage I-IIIA; 4.Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.严重精神疾病； 2.严重心肺功能障碍或凝血功能障碍不能耐受手术者； 3.研究者判定的其他不能手术的禁忌。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe mental illness; 2.Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or coagulation dysfunction who cannot tolerate surgery; 3.Other inoperable contraindications identified by the researchers.
