研究目的：

1. 客观总结老年人哮喘的中医证候分布，以指导规范化辨证治疗，为建立针对老年 人哮喘的中医诊疗方案提供依据； 2. 采集一般资料、肺功能、炎症及免疫相关生物标志物、气道壁厚度、哮喘控制水平、生活质量等指标，总结老年人哮喘不同表型/内型的临床特征，为进一步机制探索提 供方向，并为开展个体化治疗研究奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Objective summary of the distribution of TCM syndromes of elderly asthma, in order to guide the standardized treatment of syndrome differentiation, to provide a basis for the establishment of TCM diagnosis and treatment plan for elderly asthma; 2.Collection of general data,Lung function,Inflammatory and immune-related biomarkers,airway wall thickness, asthma control level, quality of life and other indicators were collected to summarize the clinical characteristics of different phenotypes/endotypes of asthma in the elderly, so as to provide directions for further mechanism exploration and lay a foundation for individual treatment research.

纳入标准：

1、符合老年人哮喘诊断标准，年龄>=65 岁且<100 岁，性别不限； 2、 目前处于支气管哮喘慢性持续期或临床控制期； 3、自愿参加本项目并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for asthma in the elderly, aged between 65 and 100 years old, with no gender limitation; 2.Currently in the chronic or clinically controlled phase of bronchial asthma; 3.Voluntarily participate in this project and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、合并严重语言、听力障碍及精神异常等，不能正确理解及配合完成问卷调查者； 2、合并其他系统疾病控制不稳定，相关临床症状显著，可能影响四诊信息采集者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who have severe language, hearing impairment and mental abnormalities, etc., and cannot correctly understand and cooperate with the completion of the questionnaire; 2.Patients with unstable disease control and significant clinical symptoms associated with other systems may affect the collection of information for the four diagnoses.
