研究目的：

（1）基于数字助推理论，设计并开发具备个性化、互动性的老年人自助情绪干预系统，旨在提高系统对老年人心理健康问题的适配性和干预效果。 （2）对构建的干预系统在社区老年人中进行初步应用测试，验证系统的可行性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Based on the theory of digital nudge, design and develop a self-help emotional intervention system for the elderly with personalization and interactivity, aiming to improve the system's adaptability and intervention effect on the mental health problems of the elderly. (2) Conduct preliminary application tests of the constructed intervention system among community elders to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60周岁；②能够熟练使用智能手机或其他数字设备，方便连接网络；③自主意识清晰，有正常的沟通交流能力、视听觉能力、辨别能力支持其接受完整的调查过程；④本人或法定监护人签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1 Age >= 60 years old; 2 Able to use smart phones or other digital devices proficiently and conveniently connected to the network; 3 Clear sense of autonomy, with normal communication ability, visual and auditory ability, and discernment ability to support his/her acceptance of the complete survey process; 4 The person himself/herself or his/her legal guardian has signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①不配合数据采集或不同意参加研究者；②有精神分裂症或器质性精神障碍，严重的听力障碍或视力障碍导致难以完成研究的个体。③合并严重慢性病并发症且健康状态无法维持正常参与研究者（如晚期癌症或多系统器官衰竭）。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Individuals who do not cooperate with data collection or do not agree to participate in the study; 2 Individuals with schizophrenia or organic mental disorders, severe hearing impairment or visual impairment making it difficult to complete the study. 3 Individuals who have a combination of serious chronic disease complications and whose health status cannot be maintained for normal participation in the study (e.g., advanced cancer or multi-system organ failure).
