以红霉素软膏为对照，观察光固化创面封闭胶用于防治小儿包皮粘连的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the safety and effectiveness of Photocuring Wound Sealing adhesive for preventing and treating prepuce adhesion in children with Erythromycin Ointment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经确诊有包皮粘连且需要解除粘连；
2.包皮粘连等级评级为Ⅱ、III级和IV级；
3.年龄为5-12周岁（含边界值）的男性；
4.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书的受试者；

Inclusion criteria

1.The subject was confirmed to have prepuce adhesions and the adhesions needed to be removed;
2.The adhesive grade of the foreskin is rated as Class II, III and IV;
3.Subjects were males aged 5-12 years (including boundary values);
4.Subjects who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.易过敏或疤痕体质；
2.营养不良；
3.尿道下裂、阴茎屈曲等阴茎畸形；
4.包皮炎急性发作；
5.严重尿路感染；
6.病情较重危及生命；
7.有严重心、肝、肾、肺功能不全等疾病；
8.有存在其他基础性疾病；
9.需要外用生长因子类的产品、外用糖皮质激素类产品；
10.处于严重的难以控制的局部或全身急、慢性感染期间；
11.最近3个月参加过其他临床试验；
12.对红霉素有过敏或超敏反应者；
13.对产品成分过敏者；
14.据研究者判断有可能干扰试验结果或增加患者风险的任何病史；
15.包皮粘连等级为Ⅰ级的受试者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Susceptibility to allergies or scarring;
2.malnutrition;
3.Penile malformations such as hypospadias and penile flexion;
4.An acute attack of hydatitis;
5.Severe urinary tract infection;
6.The condition is serious and life-threatening;
7.Have serious heart, liver, kidney, lung dysfunction and other diseases;
8.There are other underlying diseases;
9.Subjects need topical growth factor products and topical glucocorticoid products;
10.Subjects are in the midst of severe, uncontrolled acute or chronic local or systemic infection;
11.Participants had participated in other clinical trials within the last 3 months;
12.Subject has allergic or hypersensitive reaction to erythromycin;
13.Subjects are allergic to product ingredients;
14.Any medical history that the investigator determines may interfere with the test results or increase the patient's risk;
15.Subjects with grade I foreskin adhesion;
