研究目的：

1. 主要目的：提高患儿哮喘管理水平基础上提高哮喘控制水平，从而改善哮喘患儿的结局； 2. 次要目的：构建融合e-health慢病管理模型的多团队合作的儿童哮喘管理门诊；形成规范的哮喘分级诊疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main Objective Enhance the management efficacy of pediatric asthma and improve asthma control, thereby optimizing clinical outcomes in children with asthma. 2. Secondary Objectives Develop a multidisciplinary collaborative pediatric asthma management clinic integrating the e-health chronic disease management model. Establish a standardized asthma grading diagnosis and treatment protocol.

纳入标准：

1.符合2024版GINA指南中哮喘的诊断标准，诊断为哮喘； 2.年龄在4~18岁的患儿； 3.同意参加此次研究的哮喘患儿； 4.至少有一位父母/主要照顾者/患儿拥有智能手机。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for asthma as outlined in the 2024 Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) guidelines and have been diagnosed with asthma. 2.Children aged between 4 and 18 years. 3.Children with asthma and their parents or legal guardians who agree to participate in this study. 4.Availability of a smartphone among at least one parent, primary caregiver, or the child themselves.

排除标准：

1.有其他急、慢性合并症的患儿； 2.家属不会使用APP软件的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Children with other acute or chronic comorbid conditions. 2.Children whose family members are unable to use mobile application software.
