研究目的：

通过单中心、前瞻性队列研究，旨在评估影响T1期结直肠癌的预后因素，建立复发、淋巴结转移及远处器官转移风险预测分级模型，以期对手术切除后的结直肠早癌患者进行精准的危险度分级，为后续临床治疗提高理论参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This single-center, prospective cohort study aims to evaluate the prognostic factors of T1 stage colorectal cancer and establish a risk prediction and grading model for recurrence, lymph node metastasis, and distant organ metastasis, so as to accurately classify the risk of patients with early colorectal cancer after surgical resection and improve the theoretical reference for subsequent clinical treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、18周岁以上； 2、肠镜、腹盆腔CT等影像学检查诊断为早期结直肠癌（T1期）； 3、本院接受手术切除治疗； 4、进行本院病理会诊手术切除的结直肠早癌患者； 5、术前未行新辅助治疗及靶向治疗等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged over 18 years. 2. Early colorectal cancer (T1 stage) was diagnosed by colonoscopy, abdominal pelvic CT, or other imaging examinations. 3. Surgical resection was accepted in our hospital. 4. Patients with early colorectal cancer who underwent pathological consultation and surgical resection in our hospital. 5. No neoadjuvant therapy or targeted therapy was performed before surgery.

排除标准：

外院接受手术切除治疗且病例资料不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who received surgical resection treatment in other hospitals and whose case data were incomplete.
