研究目的：

通过追踪调查结直肠癌患者出院过渡期四个时间点的久坐行为水平，旨在探讨在此期间，结直肠癌患者久坐行为现状与变化轨迹，并分析其影响因素，以期为医护人员预防或减缓久坐行为引发不良结局提供干预措施参考，从而改善患者预后、提高其生活质量  

Objectives of Study：

By conducting a longitudinal study on sedentary behavior levels at four time points during the post-discharge transition period in colorectal cancer patients, this research aims to examine the current status and trajectory of sedentary behavior changes in this population, analyze their influencing factors, and provide evidence-based references for healthcare professionals to develop targeted interventions. These efforts are intended to mitigate adverse outcomes associated with prolonged sedentary behavior, ultimately improving prognosis and enhancing patients' quality of life

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合结直肠癌诊断标准且已完成结直肠癌根治术； 2.符合久坐行为诊断标准 3.年龄>=18 岁； 4.具备正常的认知及沟通能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for colorectal cancer and have completed radical colorectal cancer resection; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sedentary behavior 3. Age>=18 years; 4. Have normal cognitive and communication skills.

排除标准：

1.行结肠或直肠造口； 2.6个月随访时限内再次住院； 3.存在严重的并发症或者合并其他恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A colostomy or rectostomy is performed; 2. Rehospitalization within the 6-month follow-up time limit; 3. Serious complications or other malignant tumors.
