研究目的：

对艾滋病骨关节手术患者通过实施基于集束化护理的干预策略，观察该干预策略对麻醉诱导前、手术开始60min及手术结束时患者体温、血氧饱和度（SpO2）、心率、手术出血量、寒战和躁动发生的影响。探索基于集束化护理的干预策略对预防艾滋病患者骨关节手术术中低体温的有效性，进而预防术中低体温的发生，减少术后并发症，确保患者手术中的安全进行以及手术后的快速康复。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of cluster nursing based intervention strategy on body temperature, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate, blood loss, shivering and restlessness before anesthesia induction, 60min after operation and at the end of operation in AIDS patients undergoing bone and joint surgery. To explore the effectiveness of intervention strategies based on cluster nursing on prevention of intraoperative hypothermia in AIDS patients undergoing bone and joint surgery, so as to prevent the occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia, reduce postoperative complications, and ensure the safety of patients during surgery and rapid recovery after surgery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断标准：艾滋病（AIDS）的诊断符合《中国艾滋病诊疗指南（2021 版）》 相关标准； 2.住院期间行各类骨及关节手术的患者； 3.年龄在 18-65 岁； 4.小学及以上文化程度，无语言沟通障碍，能正常理解沟通交流和合作，无精神疾病； 5.自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnostic criteria: The diagnosis of AIDS was in accordance with the relevant criteria of "Guidelines for AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment in China (2021 edition)"; 2.patients who underwent various bone and joint operations during hospitalization; 3.Aged from 18 to 65 years old; 4.Primary school or above education, no language communication barrier, can understand communication and cooperation normally, no mental disease; 5.They volunteered to participate in this study and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.中途退出的患者； 2.临时取消手术者； 3.合并有心、肝、肾、脑等器官严重损害或恶性肿瘤疾病患者； 4.孕期或哺乳期患者；

1.Patients who dropped out; 2.Temporary cancellation of surgery; 3.patients with serious damage of heart, liver, kidney, brain or other organs or malignant tumors; 4.patients during pregnancy or lactation;
