研究目的：

创新性的提出手指操训练联合非阻塞性止血可能减少桡动脉闭塞的发生率，并且探索置管处桡动脉血栓形成、内膜新生等造成桡动脉闭塞的可能原因的发病率情况。寻找一种新的简便易行的操作，在不增加患者额外负担的情况下减少桡动脉闭塞的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

It was proposed in an innovative manner that combining finger exercise training with non-obstructive hemostasis could potentially reduce the incidence of radial artery occlusion. Furthermore, this study aimed to explore the occurrence of potential causes of radial artery occlusion, such as radial artery thrombosis and intimal neovascularization at the catheterization site. The ultimate goal was to identify a novel and user-friendly procedure for reducing the occurrence of radial artery occlusion without imposing additional burden on patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.我科行经桡动脉入路冠状动脉介入手术的病人； 2.年龄大于18岁且小于80岁.

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients in our department undergoing coronary interventional surgery via radial approach; 2.Age over 18 years and under 80 years.

排除标准：

1.既往同侧桡动脉穿刺患者； 2.生命体征不稳定稳定患者； 3.意识不清或不能执行实验操作的患者； 4.术侧肢体活动不便的患者； 5.桡动脉情况不佳，经历多次穿刺的患者； 6.术侧肢体原有肿胀者及皮肤感染破溃者； 7.凝血功能显著异常者； 8.严重肝肾功能障碍者； 9.外周血管疾病； 10.过度肥胖、消瘦(BMI>30、BMI<16).

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous ipsilateral radial artery puncture patients; 2.Patients with unstable vital signs; 3.Patients who are unconscious or unable to perform experimental procedures; 4.Patients with intraoperative limb mobility difficulties; 5.A patient with a poor radial artery who has undergone multiple punctures; 6.Patients with original swelling of limbs and skin infection and ulceration on the operative side; 7.Patients with significant abnormal coagulation function; 8.Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 9.Peripheral vascular disease; 10.Obesity, wasting (BMI>30, BMI<16).
