研究目的：

1.采用LGMM描述中青年脑卒中患者4周（T1）、8周（T2）、12周（T3）、24周（T4）健康行为依从性的一般变化轨迹并基于LCGA拟合中青年脑卒中患者健康行为依从性发展轨迹的潜在类别，确定最佳的拟合模型； 2.从个人、社交和环境因素多维度探讨中青年脑卒中患者健康行为依从性不同变化轨迹的预测因素； 3.发表论文1-2篇，课题验收。  

Objectives of Study：

1. to describe the general change trajectories of health behavior adherence in young and middle-aged stroke patients at 4 weeks (T1), 8 weeks (T2), 12 weeks (T3), and 24 weeks (T4) using the LGMM and to fit the potential categories of the developmental trajectories of health behavior adherence in young and middle-aged stroke patients based on the LCGA, and to determine the best fitting model; 2. explore the predictors of different trajectories of health behavior adherence in young and middle-aged stroke patients from the multidimensional perspectives of personal, social and environmental factors; 3. publish 1-2 papers and acceptance of the project.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合诊断标准，经头颅CT或MRI确诊； 2.年龄：18-59岁； 3.病程≤6月； 4.神志清，生命体征平稳，能进行正常语言交流，按照文化程度对简易精神状态检查量表（MMSE）进行限定：小学文化以下≥17分、小学文化≥20分、小学文化以上≥24分； 5.患者自愿签署知情同意书，参与此次研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. Age: 18-59 years old; 3.Duration of the disease<= 6 months; 4.Clear mental state, stable vital signs, capable of normal verbal communication, and qualified on the Brief Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE) according to literacy level: >=17 points for less than elementary school education, ≥20 points for elementary school education, and ≥24 points for more than elementary school education; 5. Patients voluntarily signed an informed consent form to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.合并严重的器官功能障碍、呼吸衰竭等重大疾病患者； 2.患有恶性肿瘤者； 3.研究过程中复发脑卒中患者； 4.严重精神障碍、认知障碍、听理解障碍患者； 5.未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with major diseases such as combined severe organ dysfunction and respiratory failure; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Patients with recurrent stroke during the study; 4. Patients with severe mental disorders, cognitive disorders, hearing and comprehension disorders; 5. Those who have not signed the informed consent form.
