本研究研究以大学生业余跑者膝关节疼痛的发病机制为基础,探究与神经肌肉训练相关的形态学、生物力学和神经学机制,并由此制定精准的干预训练方案。研究结果可弥补运动损伤理论在膝关节疼痛机理方面的缺失,建立并验证膝关节疼痛的神经预防训练模型,补充运动训练理论中神经训练方面的不足。同时,为预防大学生业余跑者膝关节疼痛、保持其膝关节健康、增强膝关节功能提供一套精准运动干预方案,也为未来膝关节护具的研发、设计提供理论基础。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Based on the pathogenesis of knee pain in college amateur runners, this study investigates the morphological, biomechanical, and neurological mechanisms associated with neuromuscular training, and consequently develops a precise intervention training programme. The results of the study can make up for the lack of sports injury theory in the mechanism of knee pain, establish and validate the neural preventive training model of knee pain, and supplement the lack of neuromuscular training in sports training theory. At the same time, it can provide a set of precise intervention programmes for the prevention of knee pain, the maintenance of knee health and the enhancement of knee function in college amateur runners, as well as a theoretical basis for the development and design of knee brace in the future. |

纳入标准: |
1.习惯采用足跟着地的跑步方式; 2.至少有2年以上的跑步经历,且周跑量不少于10km; 3.在跑步、下蹲、上/下楼梯、久坐、跳跃和抗阻伸膝的过程中,至少有2个动作出现过髌骨后方或周围的疼痛; 4.疼痛与直接创伤无关,且至少存在3个月以上; 5.疼痛等级至少达到10cm视觉模拟量表(Visual Analog Scale,VAS)的3分以上(0代表无痛,10代表最大疼痛)。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Get used to running on your heels; 2. Have at least 2 years of running experience, and the weekly running volume is not less than 10km; 3. Pain in or around the back of the patella in at least 2 movements during running, squatting, going up/down stairs, sedentary, jumping, and resisting knee extension; 4. The pain is not related to direct trauma and has been present for at least 3 months; 5. The pain level should reach at least 3 points or more on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) of 10cm (0 represents no pain, 10 represents maximum pain). |

排除标准: |
1.髌骨半脱位或脱位; 2.存在膝关节炎,或肌腱、韧带、半月板等其他组织损伤; 3.有下肢手术史。所有受试者的筛查统一由 1 位有经验的康复治疗师完成,并根据疼痛位置将受试者分为上外侧区、上内侧区、下外侧区、下内测区、内侧关节线、外侧关节线、髌骨和膝关节后部疼痛 8 个组别,受试者在了解详细的实验流程后签署知情同意书。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Patellar subluxation or dislocation; 2. Knee arthritis, or tendons, ligaments, meniscus and other tissue injuries; 3. Have a history of lower limb surgery. The screening of all subjects was uniformly completed by 1 experienced rehabilitation therapist, and the subjects were divided into 8 groups according to the location of pain: upper lateral area, upper medial area, lower lateral area, lower internal testing area, medial joint line, lateral joint line, patella and posterior knee pain, and the subjects signed the informed consent form after understanding the detailed experimental process. |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Data Acquisition: Biomechanical data of subjects during running were obtained by motion capture system, force table, surface EMG and OpenSim modelling techniques, and brain functional states of subjects were captured using near-infrared techniques. Data management: A high-performance database or data warehouse is used to store large-scale biomechanical and brain function data. Data should be stored in categories, including raw data, processed data and analysis results. |
