研究目的：

通过比较评价分体式单内嵌与一体式单分支支架重建LSA 前后胸主动脉形态学的改变，评估手术效果及术后远期并发症的发生风险； 通过开展回顾性研究比较分体式单内嵌与一体式单分支支架重建LSA 的临床预后，为后续开展前瞻性研究奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the surgical efficacy and the risk of long-term postoperative complications by comparing and evaluating the morphological changes of the thoracic aorta before and after LSA reconstruction using embedded modular versus unibody single-branched stent-graft; By conducting a retrospective study to compare the clinical prognosis of LSA reconstruction using embedded modular versus unibody single-branched stent-graft, we aim to lay the foundation for future prospective research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 经CTA 诊断为Stanford B 型主动脉夹层； 2. 患者年龄在18~80 岁之间，非孕期或者哺乳期，预期寿命＞12 月，能配合随访； 3. 主动脉弓分支血管从近到远依次为头臂干、左颈总动脉和左锁 骨下动脉，椎动脉发自锁骨下动脉，无解剖变异； 4. 入院前未接受过胸主动脉手术，本次行主动脉腔内修复术， 仅重建了左锁骨下动脉。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed by CTA as Stanford type B aortic dissection; 2. The patient is between 18 and 80 years old, not pregnant or breastfeeding, with an expected life expectancy of over 12 months, able to cooperate with follow-up; 3. The branches of the aortic arch from near to far are the brachiocephalic trunk, left common carotid artery, and left subclavian artery The infraclavicular artery and vertebral artery originate from the subclavian artery, with no anatomical variations; 4. Prior to admission, no thoracic aortic surgery was performed. This time, aortic endovascular repair surgery was performed, Only the left subclavian artery was reconstructed.

排除标准：

(1) 3 个月内有过全身感染； (2) 3 个月内进行过颈部手术； (3) 感染性主动脉疾病、大动脉炎，马凡综合征（或其他结缔组织病）； (4) 无名动脉、左颈总动脉或锁骨下动脉严重狭窄、钙化、血栓、扭曲； (5)术前合并灌注不良综合征 (6) 3 个月内有过心梗或卒中；； (7) 严重的肝功能不全，谷丙转氨酶（ALT）或谷草转氨酶（AST）超过正常上限值3 倍；血清总胆红素（STB）超过正常上限值2 倍； (8) 肠坏死，下肢缺血坏死的患者； (9) 截瘫患者； (10) 处于妊娠或者哺乳期； (11) 对造影剂过敏； (12) 预期寿命小于12 个月； (13) 研究者认为存在其他疾病或异常不适合参加本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have had a systemic infection within 3 months; (2) Have undergone neck surgery within 3 months; (3) Infectious aortic disease, large artery vasculitis, Marfan syndrome (or other connective tissue diseases); (4) Severe stenosis, calcification, thrombosis, and distortion of the unnamed artery, left common carotid artery, or subclavian artery; (5) Preoperative hypoperfusion syndrome (6) Have had a heart attack or stroke within the past 3 months;; (7) Severe liver dysfunction, with alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) exceeding the upper limit of normal by 3 Double; Serum total bilirubin (STB) exceeds twice the normal upper limit value; (8) Patients with intestinal necrosis and lower limb ischemic necrosis; (9) Paraplegic patients; (10) During pregnancy or lactation; (11) Allergic to contrast agents; (12) Expected lifespan is less than 12 months; (13) The investigator believes that there are other diseases or abnormalities that are not suitable for participation in this study.
