研究目的：

探索阻生第三磨牙拔除与否对ERR第二磨牙预后的影响及相关的影响因素，以期为临床工作中ERR第二磨牙的临床诊疗方案的制定提供临床数据的支撑  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact of extraction versus non-extraction of impacted third molars on the prognosis of second molars with external root resorption (ERR) and to investigate the related influencing factors, with the aim of providing clinical data support for the formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment plans for ERR second molars in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 时间：2018.12.1-2022.11.30期间各中心CBCT示下颌阻生第三磨牙导致第二磨牙ERR，且外吸收部位位于牙槽嵴顶下方； 2) 患者年龄为18-60岁，且阻生下颌第三磨牙牙根发育完成； 3) 第二磨牙已萌出且可正常行使功能，无明显松动、龋坏或大面积补料等； 4) 受试者自愿参加本试验，并能来院完成复诊。

Inclusion criteria

1. Time Period: From December 1, 2018, to November 30, 2022, patients from various centers were identified with mandibular impacted third molars causing external root resorption (ERR) in the second molars, as evidenced by Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT), with the site of external resorption located below the alveolar crest. 2. Patient Age: Patients aged between 18 and 60 years, with fully developed roots of the impacted mandibular third molars. 3. Condition of the Second Molar: The second molar has erupted and is capable of normal function, without significant mobility, caries, or large areas of restorative material. 4. Patient Participation: Subjects voluntarily participated in this study and were able to return to the hospital for follow-up visits.

排除标准：

1) M3或M2区存在颌骨囊性病变、肿瘤、骨折、骨髓炎等； 2) M3或M2表现为广泛的龋损或畸形、冠修复、远端充填、第二磨牙的根管治疗等； 3) M3牙根未发育完成； 4) 有全身系统性疾病无法承受拔牙手术者； 5) 正在进行正畸治疗或有正畸治疗史者； 6) 本试验开始前3个月内曾参加过其他临床试验； 7) 孕妇、哺乳期妇女或经期，及半年以内有怀孕计划的患者； 8) 医生判断不能参与试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are cystic lesions, tumors, fractures, osteomyelitis, etc. in the M3 or M2 area of the jawbone; 2. M3 or M2 presents with extensive caries or deformities, crown restoration, distal filling, and root canal treatment of second molars; 3. M3 tooth root not fully developed; 4. Individuals with systemic diseases that cannot withstand tooth extraction surgery; 5. Individuals undergoing orthodontic treatment or having a history of orthodontic treatment; 6. Participated in other clinical trials within the first three months prior to the start of this trial; 7. Pregnant women, lactating women, or patients with a pregnancy plan within six months during menstruation; 8. Other situations where the doctor determines that participation in the experiment is not possible.
