研究目的：

评估辅助宫腔球囊填塞的宫颈环扎手术是否能减少阴道分娩后产后出血宫腔球囊填塞的球囊脱落率，进一步减少产后出血量及不良结局的风险，减少因产后出血导致的孕产妇死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate whether cervical cerclage surgery with assisted uterine balloon filling can reduce postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery, further reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage and adverse outcomes, and reduce maternal mortality caused by postpartum hemorrhage.

纳入标准：

阴道分娩后产后出血需宫腔球囊填塞的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery requiring intrauterine balloon tamponade

排除标准：

①宫内感染； ②拒绝参与该项目的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Intrauterine infection; 2 Patients who refuse to participate in the project.
