研究目的：

探讨分娩镇痛发热与炎性反应的关系，并且通过不同途径应用地塞米松预防性抗炎治疗减少分娩镇痛发热的发生率  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between labor pain fever and inflammatory response and to reduce the incidence of labor pain fever by different routes of prophylactic anti-inflammatory treatment with dexamethasone.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.产妇年龄20～40岁的足月（≥37周）初产妇； 2.无硬膜外麻醉禁忌证； 3.无神经系统疾病； 4.无内分泌系统、肝、肾、心、肺等疾病；

Inclusion criteria

1. full-term (>= 37 weeks) primigravida of 20 to 40 years of age; 2. no contraindications to epidural anesthesia; 3. no neurological disorderz; 4. no diseases of the endocrine system, liver, kidneys, heart, lungs and so on.

排除标准：

1.胎儿宫内窘迫； 2.多胎妊娠； 3.不明原因的阴道出血； 4.宫内感染者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. intrauterine fetal distress; 2. multiple pregnancy; 3. unexplained vaginal bleeding; 4. intrauterine infections;
