Effects of Preoperative Anemia on Parathyroid Hormone (PTH) Recovery Following Thyroid Surgery: Pathogenesis and Clinical Interventions

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

成年患者，术前甲状旁腺激素正常，无其他影响血钙代谢疾病的首次颈部手术的PTC患者。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients with preoperative normal parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels, no pre-existing calcium metabolism disorders, and undergoing initial neck surgery for papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC).

排除标准：

不能耐受手术，合并甲状旁腺疾病或术前需补充钙或Vd及手术记录中未能详细记录甲状旁腺情况者、随访信息不完整者被排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Were medically ineligible for surgery ;Had pre-existing parathyroid disorders; Required preoperative calcium/vitamin D supplementation; Had undocumented parathyroid gland status in surgical records; Provided incomplete follow-up data
