研究目的：

1.编制老年糖尿病患者糖尿病肾脏病防治素养问卷；2.老年糖尿病患者糖尿病肾脏病防治素养现状调查及影响因素分析  

Objectives of Study：

1. Development of a questionnaire of diabetic kidney disease prevention and control literacy among elderly diabetic patients; 2. Survey on the current status of diabetic kidney disease prevention and control literacy among elderly diabetic patients and analysis of influencing factors

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60岁者；②已被二级及以上医院确诊为糖尿病；③无沟通障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1 Age >= 60 years old; 2 Has been diagnosed with diabetes mellitus by a hospital of the second level or above; 3 Nno communication barriers.

排除标准：

①有其他脏器损害，病情易发生变化的危急重症和（或）疾病终末期患者；②生活不能自理者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Critically ill and/or in the end stage of the disease; 2 Unable to perform basic daily activities independently

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用Epidata 4.6建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均双人录入；采用IBM SPSS 29.0软件进行数据处理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data were measured and collected by specially trained data collectors. Epidata 4.6 was used to create the database, and all data were entered in pairs to ensure accuracy of data entry; IBM SPSS 29.0 software was used for data processing.
