研究目的：

基于随机对照实验设计，本研究通过对比视觉、嗅觉、视嗅觉三种形式刺激在有氧运动阶段和恢复阶段对听障儿童青少年注意力水平的改善效果，既可丰富该研究领域的证据，也可为听障儿童青少年课间注意力恢复的有效干预方式安排提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the randomized controlled experimental design, this study compares the improvement effects of visual, olfactory and visual-olfactory stimuli on the attention levels of hearing-impaired children and adolescents during the aerobic exercise stage and the recovery stage. This can not only enrich the evidence in this research field but also provide a reference for the arrangement of effective intervention methods for the recovery of attention among hearing-impaired children and adolescents during breaks.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.能够进行中等强度的身体活动，除听力障碍疾病外无传染性及慢性非传染性疾病确诊; 2.无医生建议不宜参加身体运动的情况; 3.无嗅觉或视觉障碍。被试需提前掌握心率带的佩戴方法，并熟悉功率自行车的操作。实验前，被试需阅读并理解授权的伦理审批文件，完成PAR-Q(2002年修订版)、生理知情同意书与医学问卷的填写。测试前3天内，被试需避免剧烈运动，并禁止饮用咖啡、酒精和茶等饮料，同时避免过度辛辣的食物。

Inclusion criteria

1. Able to perform moderate-intensity physical activity, with no confirmed diagnosis of infectious and chronic non-communicable diseases except for hearing impairment; 2. There is no doctor's recommendation that it is not suitable to participate in physical exercise; 3. No olfactory or visual impairment. Participants need to know how to wear the heart rate belt in advance and be familiar with the operation of the power bicycle. Before the experiment, the participants were required to read and understand the authorized ethical approval documents, and complete the PAR-Q (revised version in 2002), the physiological informed consent form, and the medical questionnaire. For 3 days before the test, participants were asked to avoid strenuous exercise, avoid drinking coffee, alcohol and tea, and avoid excessively spicy foods.
