研究目的：

1.通过编制和分析故障树技术，从产前-产时-产后三个阶段综探讨产妇发生尿潴留的危险因素，明确尿潴留预测模型的危险因素。 2.采用人工神经网络方法筛选预测因子后构建产妇尿潴留的模型，再进行外部验证。 3.根据验证结果开发网页预测工具并植入医院信息系统的电脑端和移动端，让临床医护人员使用时更直观、更方便。本研究将为产妇尿潴留风险早期预警提供理论依据及实践工具。  

Objectives of Study：

1. By compiling and analysing the fault tree technique, the risk factors for maternal urinary retention are explored in the three stages of prenatal, intrapartum and postpartum, and the risk factors for the prediction model of urinary retention are clarified. 2. Construct a model of maternal urinary retention by screening the predictors using artificial neural network method, and then carry out external validation. 3. Based on the validation results, a web-based prediction tool will be developed and implanted in the computer and mobile terminals of the hospital's information system, so that it will be more intuitive and convenient for clinical staff to use. This study will provide a theoretical basis and practical tools for early warning of maternal urinary retention risk.

纳入标准：

1.阴道分娩以及剖宫产分娩后的产妇； 2.认知情况良好，可以使用手机参与问卷调查； 3.知情同意并愿意配合调查者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women after vaginal delivery and cesarean section; 2. Have good cognition and can use mobile phones to participate in questionnaires; 3. Informed consent and willingness to cooperate with the investigator.

排除标准：

1.分娩过程因手术等操作损伤泌尿系统者； 2.有泌尿系统相关疾病史的产妇； 3.不愿意参加本次调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who injure the urinary system due to surgery and other operations during childbirth; 2. Pregnant women with a history of urinary system-related diseases; 3. Those who are unwilling to participate in this survey.
