纳入标准：

（1）大學三年級護生； （2）能用台語、客語、國語和英語交談的學生， （3）自願參與研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) enrolment in the third year of a nursing programme; (2) ability to converse to Taiwanese, Hakka, Mandarin, or English; (3) willingness to voluntarily participate in the research.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究將使用紙本記錄表進行初步資料登錄，並由研究人員定期將數據錄入Excel電子表格進行整理與存檔。數據由雙人交叉核對確保準確性，並儲存在密碼保護的電腦中，僅限研究團隊內授權人員存取。數據將定期備份，並依據倫理委員會與資料保護規定管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study will use paper record sheets for preliminary data entry, and researchers will regularly enter the data into Excel spreadsheets for organization and archiving. The data were cross-checked by two people to ensure accuracy and stored in a password-protected computer, with access limited to authorized personnel within the research team. Data will be backed up regularly and managed in accordance with ethics committee and data protection regulations.
