研究目的：

本研究拟进一步探讨将预康复策略应用于老年衰弱腹腔镜胆道手术患者围术期的情况，研究术前多模式预康复在该类患者中的安全性及可行性，以便更好地推广这一新理念。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to further explore the application of pre-rehabilitation strategies in the perioperative period of elderly frail patients undergoing laparoscopic biliary tract surgery, and investigate the safety and feasibility of preoperative multimodal pre-rehabilitation in such patients, in order to better promote this new concept.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄＞70岁，性别不限； （2）行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术和（或）胆总管探查术治疗； （3）使用Frail衰弱评分进行筛查的衰弱者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age > 70 years old, gender not limited; (2) Undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy and/or common bile duct exploration for treatment; (3) Frail individuals screened using the Frail Frailty score.

排除标准：

（1）未行腹腔镜胆囊切除患者; （2）缺少预后数据纳入标准。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients who did not undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy; (2)The inclusion criteria for prognostic data are lacking.
