研究目的：

通过获取患者的语音及面部图像信息，对语音面部特征进行分析，从而快速判断患者病情危重程度及预后。  

Objectives of Study：

By collecting the patient's voice and facial image data, analyzing vocal patterns and facial features, the system can rapidly assess the severity of the patient's condition and predict their prognosis.

纳入标准：

1 、急诊抢救室或者重症医学科患者 ； 2 、入院时间大于 2 4 小时； 3 、apache Ⅱ评分 >21 分或 ISS 评分 >16 分； 4 、年龄>18 岁； 5 、患者或家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients in the emergency rescue room or intensive care unit (ICU) 2. Hospital admission duration exceeding 24 hours 3. APACHE II (Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II) score >21 or ISS (Injury Severity Score) >16 4. Age >18 years 5. Informed consent obtained from the patient or legal guardian.

排除标准：

1 、未签署知情同意书的患者； 2 、入院后相关资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients without signed informed consent; 2. Patients with incomplete post-admission documentation.
