研究目的：

研究目的 1.通过回顾性研究方法，分析ICU危重患者肠内喂养不耐受发生的关键影响因素，构建ICU危重患者肠内喂养不耐受风险预警模型，并比较是否引入腹内压变量对于预测模型的改善度，为ICU危重症患者开展肠内营养支持治疗的临床护理路径建设提供意见参考； 2.通过回顾性研究方法，分析ICU危重患者腹内压水平与胃残余量之间的相关性，为ICU临床进一步规范化开展肠内营养支持治疗提供理论支持； 3.通过回顾性研究方法，分析ICU危重患者腹内压水平与肠内喂养不耐受发生的相关性，为ICU临床进一步规范化开展肠内营养支持治疗提供理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Objectives: 1. Through retrospective research methods, the key influencing factors of enteral feeding intolerance in critically ill patients in ICU were analyzed, an early warning model for enteral feeding intolerance risk in critically ill patients in ICU was constructed, and the improvement of the prediction model was compared with whether intra-abdominal pressure variables were introduced, so as to provide opinions and references for the construction of clinical nursing pathways for critically ill patients in ICU to carry out enteral nutrition support treatment. 2. To analyze the correlation between the level of intra-abdominal pressure and the residual gastric volume in critically ill patients in ICU through retrospective research methods, so as to provide theoretical support for further standardization of enteral nutrition support therapy in ICU clinics; 3. To analyze the correlation between the level of intra-abdominal pressure and the occurrence of enteral feeding intolerance in critically ill patients in ICU through retrospective research methods, so as to provide theoretical support for further standardization of enteral nutrition support therapy in ICU clinics.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

存在营养风险且具有肠内营养治疗指征的危重症患者，根据NRS-2002或者NUTRIC评估表认为存在营养风险的患者（NRS-2002评估表>=3分或NUTRIC评估表>=6分或改良版NUTRIC评估表>=5分），入ICU 24h内采用APACHEⅡ评分系统得分位于15~30分的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Critically ill patients with nutritional risk and indication for enteral nutrition therapy, patients who are considered to be at nutritional risk according to NRS-2002 or NUTRIC assessment form (NRS-2002 assessment form >=3 points or NUTRIC assessment form >=6 points or modified NUTRIC assessment form >=5 points), patients with APACHEII. scoring system score of 15~30 points within 24 hours of admission to the ICU.

排除标准：

不存在营养风险、无法进行肠内营养治疗、或者病情极危重的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who are not at nutritional risk, cannot be treated with enteral nutrition, or are critically ill.
