研究目的：

基于SOFA与GBMTM的组合来分析器官损伤时间轨迹能甄别脓毒症患者的预后类型，同时早期器官损伤时间轨迹规律能预计后期的器官功能障碍的转归以及不同器官功能障碍之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Analysing organ damage time trajectories based on the combination of SOFA and GBMTM can identify the prognostic type of sepsis patients, while the early organ damage time trajectory pattern can anticipate the regression of organ dysfunction in the later stage as well as the relationship between different organ dysfunctions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.①符合脓毒症患者诊断标准；②住院期间出现多器删除的内容: 官功能障碍综合征；③年龄≥18岁；④病历资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1.meets the diagnostic criteria for patients with sepsis; 2.presented during hospitalisation with a multi-organ deleted content/Official Dysfunction Syndrome; 3. Age >=18 years; 4.Complete medical records;

排除标准：

1.①住院24小时内死亡患者、住院期间自动出院或转院患者、外院住院治疗后转入本院患者；②基础疾病终末期（如尿毒症维持性血透、失代偿性心力衰竭、恶性肿瘤维持性化疗等患者；③妊娠和围产期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients who died within 24 hours of hospitalisation, patients who were automatically discharged or transferred during hospitalisation, and patients who were transferred to our hospital after being hospitalised in an outside hospital; 2.patients with terminal stage of underlying diseases (e.g., maintenance haemodialysis for uremia, decompensated heart failure, and maintenance chemotherapy for malignant tumours); 3.pregnant and perinatal women.
