研究目的：

1.探究疫苗接种对HPV变异的影响，确定可能的突变位点。 2.评估HPV疫苗株对HPV变异株的免疫保护效果，确定突变位点对于疫苗效果的影响 上述评价可为新一代HPV疫苗开发奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the impact of vaccination on HPV variation and identify potential mutation sites. 2.To evaluate the immune protection of current HPV vaccine strains against variant strains, and determine how specific mutations affect vaccine efficacy. These evaluations will provide a foundation for the development of next-generation HPV vaccines.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）18-45岁女性；2）自然感染16型、18型、31型、33型、45型、52型或58型；2）疫苗组研究对象接种HPV疫苗，并且该患者所感染的型别为接种疫苗所覆盖的型别；3）对照组研究对象入组前未接种任何HPV疫苗；4）两组感染型别需要匹配（感染型别有重叠且是疫苗覆盖型别）；5）知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1) Women aged 18–45 years; 2)Naturally infected with HPV genotype 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, or 58; 3) In the vaccine group: participants must have received HPV vaccination, and the infecting HPV genotype must be covered by the vaccine; 4) In the control group: participants must not have received any HPV vaccine prior to enrollment; 5) HPV genotypes must be matched between the two groups (i.e., overlapping genotypes covered by the vaccine); 6) Written informed consent obtained from all participants.

1、数据采集：采用纸质版CRF表收集数据，收集内容包括研究对象社会人口学信息、接种信息、标本采集日期等 2、数据管理：纸质资料存放于指定位置并配锁，钥匙由现场负责人与数据管理员保管；电子资料录入EpiData电子数据库，进行保存核查与整理。

1. Data collection: Data was collected using paper-based CRF forms, which included sociodemographic information, vaccination information, and specimen collection dates for the study subjects, etc. 2. Data management: paper data are stored in designated locations with locks, and the site manager and data manager keep the keys; electronic data are entered into EpiData electronic database for preservation, verification, and arrangement.
