研究目的：

评价不同浓度含氟牙膏（舒适达护釉健换牙期特护儿童牙膏即1000 ppm含氟牙膏与市售500ppm含氟牙膏）用于不同龋活性（高、中、低龋活性）儿童的防龋效果，从而为儿童龋病综合管理的政策制定提供新证据，提高儿童龋病防治工作的效率。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the anti caries effects of different concentrations of fluoride toothpaste (Comfortable Glaze Health Replacement Special Care Children's Toothpaste with 900 ppm fluoride toothpaste and commercially available 600 ppm fluoride toothpaste) on children with different caries activities (high, medium, and low caries activities), providing new evidence for the formulation of comprehensive management policies for childhood caries and improving the efficiency of childhood caries prevention and treatment.

纳入标准：

1.家长知情同意； 2.基线时3-5岁； 3.能够配合判定龋活性； 4.12个月内能够完成随访；

Inclusion criteria

1. Parental informed consent; 2. At baseline, 3-5 years old; 3. Can cooperate in determining caries activity; 4. Can complete follow-up within 12 months;

排除标准：

1.有严重疾病无法完成随访； 2.不能配合口腔检查及在研究期间未按照要求进行口腔清洁者； 3.1个月内服用过抗生素； 4.6个月内服用过激素或免疫抑制剂； 5.1个月内口腔局部用药史； 6.研究者认为影响检测结果的其他疾病或状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to complete follow-up due to serious illness; 2.Those who cannot cooperate with oral examinations and fail to perform oral cleaning as required during the study period; 3. Have taken antibiotics within one month; 4. Have taken hormones or immunosuppressants within 6 months; 5. History of local oral medication within one month; 6. Researchers believe that other diseases or conditions may affect the test results.

受试者将使用统一发放的儿童牙刷和1000ppm儿童含氟牙膏，每天刷牙2次，分别为早餐后在幼儿园老师的监督下按指导方式刷牙，以及睡前在家长的监督下刷牙，每次2分钟，并用计时器计时。

Subjects will use a uniformly distributed children's toothbrush and 1000ppm children's fluoride toothpaste to brush their teeth twice a day, respectively, after breakfast under the supervision of a kindergarten teacher and according to the guidance method, and before bedtime under the supervision of parents, for 2 minutes each time, and timed with a timer.
