研究目的：

1.初步探究碳水化合物的最低需要量，为制定碳水化合物膳食参考摄入量提供参考依据； 2.在真实环境下探索影响人体血糖、酮体波动的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To conduct a preliminary exploration of the minimum requirement for carbohydrates and provide a reference basis for formulating dietary reference intakes for carbohydrates; 2.To investigate the factors influencing fluctuations in human blood glucose and ketone in a real-world environment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20岁～50岁； 2.体质指数（body mass index；BMI）>=20 kg/m^2； 3.有通过饮食进行体重管理的意愿；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged between 20 and 50 years old; 2.Body Mass Index (BMI) >= 20 kg/m^2; 3.Willingness to manage body weight through dietary means;

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
2.患有糖尿病，或正在服用降糖药物；
3.患有肉毒碱缺乏症、肉毒碱棕榈酰基转移酶 I 或 II 缺乏症、肉毒碱转移酶 II 缺乏症、脂肪酸 β-氧化缺乏症、中链酰基脱氢酶缺乏症、长链酰基脱氢酶缺乏症、短链酰基脱氢酶缺乏症、长链 3-羟基脂酰辅酶缺乏症、中链 3-羟基脂酰辅酶缺乏症、丙酮酸羧化酶缺乏症、卟啉病；
4.重要生命器官（心、肝、肺、肾等）功能严重障碍；有胰腺炎病史；有肾衰病史；患有活动性胆囊炎疾病；频发痛风者；脂肪消化障碍；正在感染或者体质非常差；
5.素食主义或正在经历饮食失调，或不愿意食用研究所提供食物；
6.没有能够运行数字应用程序的手机，或者无法使用手机操作应用程序；
7.研究期间无法在手臂上佩戴监测仪；对粘合剂过敏；
8.从饮食干预正式开始前一晚 9 点到饮食干预当天上午 9 点期间无法禁食者；
9.无法理解图表信息者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or lactating women;
2.Individuals diagnosed with diabetes or currently taking hypoglycemic medications;
3.Individuals with carnitine deficiency, carnitine palmitoyltransferase I or II deficiency, carnitine acyltransferase II deficiency, fatty acid β-oxidation deficiency, medium-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase deficiency, long-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase deficiency, short-chain acyl-CoA dehydrogenase deficiency, long-chain 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase deficiency, medium-chain 3-hydroxyacyl-CoA dehydrogenase deficiency, pyruvate carboxylase deficiency, or porphyria;
4.Individuals with severe dysfunction of vital organs (heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, etc.); History of pancreatitis; History of renal failure; Active cholecystitis; Frequent gout attacks; Fat malabsorption; Currently infected or in extremely poor physical condition;
5.Vegetarians or individuals experiencing eating disorders, or those unwilling to consume the food provided by the study;
6.Lacking a functional smartphone capable of running digital applications or being unable to operate such applications;
7.Unable to wear a monitor on the arm during the study period; Allergic to adhesives;
8.Unable to fast from 9 p.m. the night before the official start of the dietary intervention until 9 a.m. on the day of the intervention;
9.Unable to comprehend graphical information;
