研究目的:

1.明确以婴儿型双歧杆菌失调为特征的肠道菌群老化与肠道屏障衰老的相关性 2.验证在衰老初期补充促进双歧杆菌生长的母乳低聚糖可延缓肠道菌群老化进而控制肠道屏障衰老,降低全身炎性衰老,且添加婴儿来源两歧双歧杆菌可增效该作用。  

Objectives of Study:

1.To clarify the correlation between intestinal microbiota aging and intestinal barrier aging characterized by infantile bifidobacterial dysbiosis 2.It was verified that supplementation of breast milk oligosaccharides that promote the growth of Bifidobacteria in the early stage of aging could delay the aging of intestinal flora, control the aging of the intestinal barrier, and reduce systemic inflammatory aging, and the addition of Bifidobacterium bifidum from infants could increase the effect of this effect.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄55~65岁(包括两端); 2.日常生活能够自理; 3.在本地生活三年及以上; 4.本人及家属配合,自愿参加并签订知情同意书。 肠道屏道衰老组纳入标准:血浆二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸(D-LC)、细菌内毒素(BT)三项指标中任意一项或多项出现上升趋势且超出标准值范围; 肠道屏障未衰老组纳入标准:血浆二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸(D-LC)、细菌内毒素(BT)三项指标均未出现上升趋势且未超出标准值范围。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range of 55-65 years old (including both ends); 2. Able to take care of oneself in daily life; 3. Have lived locally for three years or more; 4. I and my family members cooperate, voluntarily participate, and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for the aging group of intestinal tract: any one or more of the three indicators of plasma diamine oxidase (DAO), D-lactate (D-LC), and bacterial endotoxin (BT) show an upward trend and exceed the standard value range; Inclusion criteria for the non aging group of intestinal barrier: plasma diamine oxidase (DAO), D-lactate (D-LC), and bacterial endotoxin (BT) did not show an upward trend and did not exceed the standard value range.

排除标准:

1.患有严重器质性病变(如严重肝病伴肝硬化、严重肾功能不全、严重COPD、严重心血管疾病等); 2.过去两年内确诊过恶性肿瘤; 3.过去一个月内接受过抗生素治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Suffering from severe organic lesions (such as severe liver disease with cirrhosis, severe renal insufficiency, severe COPD, severe cardiovascular disease, etc.); 2. Diagnosed with malignant tumors within the past two years; 3. Received antibiotic treatment within the past month.
