研究目的：

本课题拟纳入全区分娩早产儿，通过临床、检验、影像、功能检查等综合手段，研究心、脑、肾、胃肠及五官等重要脏器并发症的发病特点及影响因素，确定宁夏地区早产儿患病基线数据，探索早期诊断的有效指标，制定疾病早期精准救治方案；出院后建立规范化随访体系，随访至校正胎龄 24个月，综合评估后遗症发生情况，探索早期预后预测的有效指标，进一步开展机制研究，指导防治策略的制定；通过信息化网络建设，建立早产儿救治和后遗症防治专项模块，覆盖宁夏有早产儿救治能力的各级医院，即时响应，保障救治，同时提取数据，建立人工智能机器学习模型辅助诊治。本项目拟建立超过万例的早产儿专病队列及临床数据库，获得宁夏地区早产儿患病基线数据，创新性的筛选疾病及后遗症预警标志物，建立诊断及预后预测模型，制定早产儿救治相关指南及专家共识。项目将覆盖宁夏，辐射西部，进一步推广至全国，整体提高我国早产儿救治水平。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to include premature infants born in the whole region. Through clinical, laboratory, imaging, functional examination and other comprehensive means, the characteristics and influencing factors of complications of important organs such as heart, brain, kidney, gastrointestinal tract and facial features are studied, and the baseline data of premature infants in Ningxia are determined. Explore effective indicators for early diagnosis and formulate early and accurate treatment plans for diseases. After discharge, a standardized follow-up system was established and followed up to 24 months of corrected gestational age. The occurrence of sequelae was comprehensively evaluated, effective indicators for early prognosis prediction were explored, and further mechanism research was carried out to guide the formulation of prevention and treatment strategies. Through the construction of information network, a special module for the treatment of premature infants and the prevention and treatment of sequelae was established, covering hospitals at all levels with the ability to treat premature infants in Ningxia, to respond immediately and ensure treatment. At the same time, data were extracted and an artificial intelligence machine learning model was established to assist diagnosis and treatment. This project intends to establish a special disease cohort and clinical database of more than 10,000 premature infants, obtain baseline data of premature infants in Ningxia, innovatively screen early warning markers of diseases and sequelae, establish diagnostic and prognostic prediction models, and formulate relevant guidelines and expert consensus for the treatment of premature infants. The project will cover Ningxia, radiate the west, further promote to the whole country, and improve the treatment level of premature infants in China as a whole.

宁夏地区所有分娩的活产早产儿(胎龄≤37周)经监护人知情同意后全部纳入本项目。 ① 活产早产儿 ② 出生胎龄24-36周 ③ 规律随访早产儿至校正胎龄2岁

Inclusion criteria

All live birth premature infants ( gestational age <= 37 weeks ) delivered in Ningxia were included in this project with the informed consent of the guardian. 1. Live birth premature infants 2. The gestational age at birth was 24-36 weeks. 3. Regular follow-up of premature infants to corrected gestational age of 2 years old

排除标准：

符合下列标准之一者除外：①临床资料不完整，明确存在医疗纠纷；②随访期间退出的早产儿；③因各种原因死亡的早产儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The clinical data is incomplete, there is a clear medical dispute; 2. Premature infants withdrawn during follow-up; 3. Premature infants who died of various causes.
