研究目的：

以开放手术为对照，评价腔镜辅助保留乳头乳晕皮下腺体切除+I期假体重建术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效和手术安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Compared with open surgery, the efficacy and safety of endoscope-assisted nipple-areola subcutaneous adenectomy and stage I false weight reconstruction in the treatment of early breast cancer were evaluated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄18岁-70岁； 2) 病理证实为浸润性乳腺癌； 3) T1-2N0M0不愿意保乳或T3N0M0经新辅助治疗后经临床医生评估仍不适合行保乳手术； 4)乳房体积小于500 ml，无重度下垂者； 5) 术前无任何影像学及临床证据发现肿瘤侵及乳头乳晕及皮下组织; 6) 术前ECOG体力状态评分0~1分； 7) 术前ASA评分I-III； 8) 接受乳腺假体重建,同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age: 18 -70 years old; 2) Pathologically confirmed as invasive breast cancer; 3) T1-2N0M0 was unwilling to undergo breast-conserving surgery or T3N0M0 was evaluated by clinicians as still not suitable for breast-conserving surgery after neoadjuvant therapy; 4) Those with breast volume less than 500 ml and no severe ptosis; 5) No imaging or clinical evidence was found before the operation that the tumor invaded the nipples, areolas and subcutaneous tissues. 6) The preoperative ECOG physical condition score ranged from 0 to 1 point; 7) Preoperative ASA score I-III; 8) Undergo breast prosthesis reconstruction, agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1) 双侧乳腺癌或对侧乳房需要行预防性切除； 2) 入组之前接受过＜4个周期不规范的抗肿瘤综合治疗； 3) 严重心、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器功能障碍不能耐受麻醉手术及必需的综合治疗； 4) 恶性肿瘤病史，或检查发现合并其它恶性肿瘤（甲状腺癌、皮肤基底细胞癌等除外）； 5) 患者当前或偶尔吸烟； 6) 经临床医生详细询问既往病史并综合评估，患者患有严重的精神疾患，不能够充分理解研究内容并配合完成试验； 7) 6个月内有不稳定性心绞痛或心肌梗塞史、脑梗塞或脑出血病史； 8) 需要进行其他疾病的同期大手术治疗； 9) 怀孕和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Bilateral breast cancer or contralateral breast requires prophylactic resection; 2) Had received less than 4 cycles of non-standard comprehensive anti-tumor treatment before enrollment; 3) Severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, lungs and kidneys, which cannot tolerate anesthesia, surgery and necessary comprehensive treatment; 4) History of malignant tumors, or other malignant tumors discovered through examination (excluding thyroid cancer, basal cell carcinoma of the skin, etc.); 5) The patient is currently or occasionally smoking; 6) After the clinical doctor made a detailed inquiry about the patient's past medical history and a comprehensive assessment, it was found that the patient suffered from a serious mental disorder and was unable to fully understand the research content and cooperate to complete the trial. 7) A history of unstable angina pectoris or myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within 6 months; 8) Concurrent major surgical treatment for other diseases is required; 9) Pregnant and lactating women.
