研究目的：

探讨格林模式联合路径式健康教育这一联合的健康教育模式对盆腔良性肿物切除术患者早期下床活动有效执行与落实的效果，寻找更能有效推进我科加速康复、减少术后并发症的健康教育方法，追踪提高患者自理能力、增加患者舒适度、提高医护人员健康教育能力、提高患者满意度，促使护理质量得到持续改进。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effectiveness of the Green model combined with pathway based health education in the early mobilization and implementation of patients undergoing pelvic benign tumor resection surgery, and seeking more effective health education methods to accelerate rehabilitation and reduce postoperative complications in our department. We aim to track and improve patients' self-care ability, increase patient comfort, enhance the health education ability of medical staff, improve patient satisfaction, and promote continuous improvement in nursing quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①无严重精神障碍或认知功能障碍者； ②首次接受妇科微创手术患者； ③手术时间在2小时内、失血小于500ml； ④年龄18－60岁； ⑤意识清醒，能正常交流，并愿意合作者.

Inclusion criteria

1. Individuals without severe mental or cognitive impairments; 2. Patients undergoing minimally invasive gynecological surgery for the first time; 3. Surgical time within 2 hours and blood loss less than 500ml; 4. Age range: 18-60 years old; 5. Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally, and willing to cooperate with others.

排除标准：

1.精神疾病、认知障碍、语言障碍、沟通障碍； 2.合并全身严重器质性疾病者； 3.不同意此次研究方案或未签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Mental illness, cognitive impairment, language barrier, communication barrier; 2.Patients with severe systemic organic diseases; 3.Those who do not agree with the research protocol or have not signed the informed consent form.
