研究目的：

本研究探讨年龄、性别和高血压等因素对原发性三叉神经痛初发年龄的影响。通过单因素和多因素线性回归分析，量化这些因素对三叉神经痛初发年龄的影响，为临床对于原发性三叉神经痛的早期诊断、预防和治疗提供更科学的依据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explored the effects of factors such as age, gender, and hypertension on the age of initial onset of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Through univariate and multivariate linear regression analyses, the impacts of these factors on the age of initial onset of trigeminal neuralgia were quantified, providing a more scientific basis for the early diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia in clinical practice.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者符合国际头痛疾病分类（Olesen，2018）和国际口腔面部疼痛分类（ICOP，2020）制定的原发性三叉神经痛诊断标准；年龄大于或等于18岁；未进行过任何三叉神经手术治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for primary trigeminal neuralgia established by the International Classification of Headache Disorders (Olesen, 2018) and the International Classification of Orofacial Pain (ICOP, 2020); patients are 18 years old or older; and patients have not undergone any surgical treatment for the trigeminal nerve.

排除标准：

患者年龄小于18岁；继发性三叉神经痛患者；其他疾病导致三叉神经疼痛患者；曾接受过三叉神经阻滞术或其他相关三叉神经手术治疗的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients under 18 years of age, Patients with secondary trigeminal neuralgia, Patients with trigeminal nerve pain caused by other diseases,Patients who have undergone trigeminal nerve block or other related trigeminal nerve surgical treatments.
