研究目的：

明确早产儿支气管肺发育不良患儿肠道菌群特征和肠道菌群代谢物短链脂肪酸水平的变化，明确二者与支气管肺发育不良及支气管肺发育不良严重程度的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the characteristics of intestinal flora and the changes in the level of short-chain fatty acids of intestinal flora metabolites in preterm infant with bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and to determine the correlation between them and bronchopulmonary dysplasia and the severity of bronchopulmonary dysplasia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①出生体重<1500g或胎龄<32周；②生后24小时内需机械通气的早产儿；③征得患儿家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Birth weight <1500g or gestational age <32 weeks; 2. Preterm infants with mechanical ventilation 24 hours after birth; 3. Obtain the informed consent of the infant's parents

排除标准：

①先天畸形（如先天性心脏病、先天性消化道畸形）等；②坏死性小肠结肠炎；③遗传代谢性疾病；④家属中途退出实验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Congenital malformations (such as congenital heart disease, congenital digestive tract malformations); 2. Necrotizing enterocolitis; 3. Genetic metabolic diseases; 4. Parents request to withdraw from the experiment.
