研究目的：

本研究旨在通过比较健康人群与炎症性皮肤病患者的神经功能差异，从而明确银屑病、特应性皮炎对于神经系统情绪、认知等功能的影响；通过对比合并神经系统共病和不合并神经系统共病的炎症性皮肤病患者外周血成分的差异，从而筛选确定与银屑病和特应性皮炎神经系统共病相关的血清学分子生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the neurological functional differences between healthy individuals and patients with inflammatory skin diseases, in order to clarify the impact of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis on the emotional and cognitive functions of the nervous system; by comparing the differences in peripheral blood components between patients with inflammatory skin diseases who have and those who do not have concurrent neurological disorders, it aims to screen and determine the serological molecular biomarkers related to the concurrent neurological disorders of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床表现体征等诊断为寻常型银屑病或特应性皮炎的患者； 2.对照组为同期就诊的健康体检者； 3.年龄大于15岁，小于65岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients whose clinical manifestations and signs were diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris or atopic dermatitis; 2. The control group consisted of healthy individuals who visited the hospital for physical examinations at the same time; 3. Age range: 15 years old and above, but less than 65 years old.

排除标准：

1.患者患有其他慢性皮肤病； 2.合并心衰、呼衰、肾衰等严重器官功能障碍的患者； 3.文盲； 4.妊娠； 5.身体残疾者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has other chronic skin diseases; 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction such as heart failure, respiratory failure, and kidney failure; 3. Illiterate; 4. Pregnant; 5. Physically disabled.
