研究目的：

1.主要目的 调查本研究纳入的目标菌株，即碳青霉烯耐药肠杆菌科细菌（CRE）和碳青霉烯耐药鲍曼不动杆菌（CRAB）在医院内的环境储菌源。 明确环境储菌源与传染病患者继发相应耐药菌感染的关系。 2.次要目的 引入早期预防理念，结合环境储菌源查找结果，制定集束化防控措施。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose Investigate the environmental storage sources of the target strains included in this study, namely carbapenem resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) and carbapenem resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB), in hospitals. Clarify the relationship between environmental bacterial storage sources and secondary drug-resistant bacterial infections in infectious disease patients. 2. Secondary purpose Introduce the concept of early prevention and develop bundled prevention and control measures based on the results of environmental bacterial source search.

纳入标准：

1.A.在研究期间（2025年5月1日至2025年12月31日）入住上述病房的患者。B.研究期间送检的临床样本报告有目标菌株（CRE和或CRAB）的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.A. Patients admitted to the aforementioned wards during the study period (May 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025). B. The clinical sample reports submitted during the study included patients with target strains (CRE and/or CRAB).

排除标准：

1.A.非研究期间内入住上述病房的患者。 B.入住上述病房前送检报阳的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A. Patients admitted to the aforementioned wards during the non study period. B. Patients who report positive for COVID-19 before being admitted to the aforementioned wards.
