研究目的：

1.关联分析：通过建立妇科肿瘤围术期数据库进行回顾性队列研究，明确妇科肿瘤手术患者（包括良性与恶性肿瘤）发生静脉血栓栓塞（VTE）的独立危险因素。 2.风险模型构建：基于危险因素分析，开发适用于妇科肿瘤手术患者的VTE风险预测模型，提升现有评估工具（如Caprini/Padua评分）的预测效能。 3.分层管理验证：探索良性与恶性肿瘤术后VTE危险因素的差异性，为制定血栓预防策略提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Correlation Analysis: A retrospective cohort study was performed via constructing a perioperative database of gynecologic oncology to clarify the independent risk factors for VTE in gynecologic oncology surgical patients, including both benign and malignant tumors. 2. Risk Model Construction: Based on the risk factor analysis, a VTE risk prediction model applicable to gynecologic oncology surgical patients was developed to enhance the predictive ability of existing assessment tools, such as the Caprini and Padua scores. 3. Stratified Management Verification: Differences in postoperative VTE risk factors between benign and malignant tumors were explored to provide evidence-based support for developing thromboprophylaxis strategies.

纳入标准：

1.年龄 >=18岁； 2.患有原发性妇科肿瘤,首次入院接受妇科手术治疗且病理确诊为妇科良性或恶性肿瘤； 3.围术期资料完整，包括围术期常规检查、手术记录、术后记录等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years; 2. Suffering from primary gynecological tumors, first admission for surgical treatment, and pathologically confirmed benign or malignant gynecological tumor; 3. Complete perioperative data, including routine perioperative examinations, surgical records, and postoperative records.

排除标准：

1.合并其他严重影响凝血功能的疾病，如血友病、弥散性血管内凝血等； 2.用于分析的主要数据缺失（如关联分析中的暴露和结局指标缺失),无法进行有效分析。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Concurrent with severe coagulation disorders, such as hemophilia, disseminated intravascular coagulation, etc. 2. Missing key data for analysis (for example,absence of exposure and outcome indicators in association analysis), precluding valid analysis.
