该研究旨在评估基于大语言模型（Large Lanuage Models, LLMs）的AI健康咨询大模型在改善患者就医体验和医院运营效率方面的有效性，以及通过提供更有效和准确的就医指导来提升患者就医体验缓解医护人员负担。

To evaluate the effectiveness of large language models (LLM)-based AI health consultation models in improving patient experience and hospital operational efficiency.

纳入标准：

1. 急诊和门诊有疾病咨询需求的患者； 2. 年龄20-80岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with disease consultation needs in emergency and outpatient departments; 2. Aged 20-80 years old.

排除标准：

1. 患者有高危风险和精神健康问题，不适合做AI健康咨询。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with high-risk risks and mental health problems are not suitable for AI health consultation.
