研究目的：

为了获得正常宫内胎儿脑代谢的相关信息,并为正常胎儿脑代谢物建立特定孕龄的参考值,以便后续用于磁共振波谱(MRS)检查。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to obtain relevant information on normal fetal brain metabolism in the uterus and to establish specific reference values for fetal brain metabolites at specific gestational ages, for subsequent use in magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) examinations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）单胎妊娠 （2）经两名放射科医生确认，每个胎儿的脑部磁共振成像结果和高质量磁共振成像扫描结果均正常。

Inclusion criteria

1.Singleton pregnancies 2.Each fetus exhibited normal brain MRI findings and high-quality MRS scans, as confirmed by two radiologists.

排除标准：

(1) 孕妇合并其他病症，如妊娠糖尿病、高血压、先兆子痫以及其他可能影响胎儿正常生长发育的疾病； (2) 孕妇肝脏和肾脏等重要器官功能障碍； (3) 在研究期间使用镇静剂； (4) MRS 扫描质量不佳

Exclusion criteria：

1.Maternal comorbidities such as gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertension, pre-eclampsia, and other conditions that could interfere with normal fetal growth and development; 2.Maternal dysfunction of vital organs such as the liver and kidneys; 3.The use of sedatives during the study period; 4.Poor quality of MRS scans.
