本研究基于运动传感器构建脑卒中患者上肢多维度运动学指标,采用高维特征提取方法对上肢功能进行综合分析,探索外骨骼拟人运动训练促进脑卒中患者上肢对正常模式的运动学习和运动功能恢复的人机交互机制,探究外骨骼拟人运动训练对脑卒中患者上肢运动功能恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

This study constructs multi-dimensional kinematic indicators for the upper limbs of stroke patients based on motion sensors, uses high-dimensional feature extraction methods to comprehensively analyze upper limb function, explores the human-machine interaction mechanism of exoskeleton anthropomorphic movement training to promote stroke patients' motor learning of normal patterns and motor function recovery, and investigates the effect of exoskeleton anthropomorphic movement training on the recovery of motor function in the upper limbs of stroke patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.经神经影像学检查(CT或MRI)确认,临床诊断为缺血性或出血性脑卒中; 2.不限男女,年龄介于18-80岁,首次脑卒中发病,患病时间2周-6个月; 3.生命体征稳定,心肺功能、视听觉良好; 4.存在由脑卒中引起的单侧上肢中重度运动功能障碍,Fugl-Myer上肢运动功能评分8-38分; 5.坐位平衡良好,能完成上肢机器人训练; 6.签署知情同意书,自愿参加本试验。

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed by neuroimaging (CT or MRI) with clinical diagnosis of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; 2. Gender unrestricted, aged 18-80 years, first-time stroke onset, disease duration 2 weeks to 6 months; 3. Stable vital signs, good cardiopulmonary function, and intact vision and hearing; 4. Presence of moderate-to-severe unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction caused by stroke, with Fugl-Meyer Upper Extremity Motor Function Score of 8-38 points; 5. Good sitting balance, capable of completing upper limb robotic training; 6. Signed informed consent form, voluntarily participating in this trial.

排除标准:

1.存在严重躯体疾病,生命体征不平稳; 2.因严重认知、意识障碍、失语而不能完成评估者; 3.上肢存在肩痛、肩关节半脱位及其他严重骨科疾病者; 4.合并存在其他影响本研究评估的神经系统疾病; 5.参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Presence of severe physical illness with unstable vital signs; 2. Those who are unable to complete the assessment due to severe cognitive and consciousness disorders or aphasia; 3. The presence of shoulder pain, shoulder subluxation and other serious orthopedic diseases in the upper limb; 4.
