研究目的:

为优化MVF上肢运动训练任务范式,提升MVF运动准备阶段的预激活干预效果,本研究拟开展随机、观察性交叉研究,探讨不同预激活范式对提高MVF具身体验的可行性,探究其治疗的机制。该研究将为社区、基层医院提供规范的镜像视觉反馈疗法方案,为临床进一步推广奠定基础也为揭示该疗法的神经机制提供线索,以期提高脑卒中后手与上肢功能障碍疗效。  

Objectives of Study:

In order to optimize the upper limb motor training task paradigm of MVF and improve the effect of pre-activation intervention in the motor preparation stage of MVF, this study intends to conduct a randomized, observational crossover study to explore the feasibility of different pre-activation paradigms to improve the embodied experience of MVF and explore its treatment mechanism. This study will provide a standardized mirror visual feedback therapy program for community and primary hospitals, lay a foundation for further clinical promotion, and provide clues to reveal the neural mechanism of this therapy, in order to improve the efficacy of hand and upper limb dysfunction after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄20~35岁(含20岁和35岁);(2)右利手,爱丁堡利手量表(EHI)>40分;(3)视力或矫正后视力正常;(4)未曾接受过镜像治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 20-35 years old (including 20 and 35 years old); (2) right-handed, Edinburgh handedness Scale (EHI) >40; (3) normal vision or corrected vision; (4) had not received mirror therapy.

排除标准:

(1)既往有运动相关疾病、精神类疾病、神经系统疾病、癫痫史;(2)既往接受过其他中枢干预措施,如rTMS、tDCS等;(3)不能完成基本试验范式或依从性不佳者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Previous history of motor-related diseases, psychiatric diseases, nervous system diseases, and epilepsy; (2) previous exposure to other central interventions, such as rTMS or tDCS; (3) those who could not complete the basic test paradigm or had poor compliance.
